The account is created automatically the first time you sign in from the office’s address, and you decide what to publish and when – and can withdraw it at any time. There is no contract to sign, no rollout and no activation date. Your office’s page already exists; the point is for you to manage it yourselves.
Log in with the office’s address
You enter the address the office lists on its website or in the BIP (Public Information Bulletin). The link is sent only to that address. No account, no password, no contract.
Check the data
Address, opening hours, phone, procedure – we collected them from the office’s website and the BIP. You correct whatever is wrong; the change is visible immediately.
Free dates, whenever you wish
You publish only what you want to and withdraw it at any time. It is the one thing that cannot be collected from the BIP – and the thing couples ask about every day.
It takes a few minutes. If keeping a calendar cannot be reconciled with the office’s work, one sentence in reply to our message is enough: what the nearest free date currently is.
