The procedure for entering into marriage in Tuliszków begins with submitting a declaration of no impediments at the Civil Registry Office. After delivering the necessary documents, both fiancés must wait a minimum of one month before being able to submit a declaration of intent to enter into marriage.

Polish citizens should prepare a valid identity card or passport. Documents such as birth certificate excerpts are usually not required, as the Tuliszków Civil Registry Office obtains them directly from the civil registry. The situation is different when one of the parties is a foreigner.
