A civil marriage in Toszek begins with the submission of a declaration of no impediments to marriage. Both parties must personally appear at the Civil Registry Office in Toszek to confirm their intention to marry and provide the required documents.

Polish citizens should bring a valid ID card or passport. Copies of birth certificates are not necessary, as the Civil Registry Office obtains them directly from the civil registry.
