A civil marriage in Świdnica begins with filing a declaration of no impediment to marriage. The engaged couple should personally report to the Civil Registry Office in Świdnica with the required documents. Office staff will establish an available ceremony date.

A civil marriage in Świdnica can take place at the office headquarters or at another location chosen by the couple within the Świdnica district.
