Wedding slots in Stalowej Woli

To have a civil wedding in Stalowa Wola, you must first submit a declaration of no impediment at the Civil Status Office. This document confirms that neither of the spouses has legal impediments to enter into marriage. After its submission, a statutory waiting period of at least one month applies.

Documents required from a Polish citizen are a valid ID card or passport. Copies of birth certificates usually do not need to be provided, as the Civil Status Office in Stalowa Wola obtains them directly from the civil status register.

A foreigner who wants to get married in Stalowa Wola must submit:
