The procedure for concluding a marriage at the Civil Registry Office in Raszyń begins with filing a declaration of no impediments to marriage. After delivering the required documents, office staff will conduct verification and schedule the ceremony date.

Each party must present a valid identity document – a national ID card or passport. Polish citizens are not required to provide copies of birth certificates, as the Civil Registry Office in Raszyń obtains them directly from the civil registry.
