Wedding slots in Radzymin

A civil marriage in Radzymin begins with submitting to the Civil Registry Office a declaration of no impediments to marriage. After submitting the documents, a statutory waiting period begins, which is a minimum of one month. During this time, the Civil Registry Office verifies the provided information and prepares for the ceremony.

Polish citizens should bring a valid identity card or passport. Birth certificate copies are usually not required, as the Civil Registry Office obtains them directly from the civil registry. Foreigners must provide an identity document, a birth certificate copy, a certificate of legal capacity to marry (or a court order when obtaining a certificate is impossible), as well as certified translations of all documents.

Each couple must have two adult witnesses. Witnesses can be of any nationality and must be present during the ceremony in Radzymin.

The court fee for preparing a marriage certificate is 84 złoty. If the couple decides on an outdoor wedding or ceremony outside the office premises, an additional fee is 1000 złoty. An outdoor wedding also involves the requirement to ensure safety and dignified conditions for the ceremony.

After the marriage is concluded, the marriage certificate is issued immediately. The first short copy of the certificate is free of charge. Subsequent copies require payment of an additional fee.
