Wedding slots in Puchaczów

To have a civil wedding in Puchaczów, you must first submit a declaration of no impediments to marriage at the Civil Registry Office. After this notification, a statutory waiting period of at least one month applies. Only after this period has elapsed is it possible to conclude a marriage.

Polish citizens should bring a valid identity card or passport. Birth certificate copies are usually not required, as the Civil Registry Office in Puchaczów obtains them directly from the civil registry. Foreigners must prepare more carefully: in addition to an identity document, a birth certificate copy is required, a certificate of legal capacity to marry issued by the appropriate authorities of the country of origin (or a court order if obtaining a certificate is impossible), as well as sworn translations of all foreign language documents.
