A civil marriage in Opoczno begins with submitting a declaration of no impediments to marriage at the Civil Registry Office. USC employees will inform you about the required documents and available ceremony dates.

Polish citizens provide a valid ID card or passport. Copies of birth certificates are obtained directly by the office from the civil registry, so there is no need to prepare them.
