Entering into marriage at the Civil Registry Office in Nowe Miasto nad Wartą begins with filing a declaration of no impediment to marriage. The engaged couple must appear in person at the office headquarters and provide the required documents. The procedure applies to both Polish citizens and foreigners.

For Polish citizens, a valid identity card or passport is required.
