Wedding slots in Nowa Ruda

Concluding a marriage in Nowa Ruda requires advance planning. The first step is to submit a declaration of no impediments to marriage at the Civil Status Office in Nowa Ruda. From that moment, you must wait at least 1 month before being able to conclude the wedding.

After the waiting period expires, you can set a specific date for the ceremony. Each couple should provide the required documents. For Polish citizens, a valid ID card or passport is sufficient. Birth certificates are obtained by the Civil Status Office directly from the civil status register, so you do not need to provide them. The situation is different when one of the parties is a foreigner.

Foreigners must prepare:

• identity document,
• a copy of the birth certificate,
• a certificate of legal capacity to marry issued by the appropriate authorities of their country,
• sworn translations of all foreign language documents.

If obtaining a certificate of legal capacity is impossible, you can submit a court ruling.

Invite 2 adult witnesses to the ceremony. They can be persons of any nationality. Their presence is mandatory.

The fee for drawing up the marriage certificate is 84 zł. If you plan a wedding outside the office premises, for example outdoors, you must add an additional fee of 1000 zł. A wedding outside the office also requires ensuring safety and dignified conditions for the ceremony.

After concluding the marriage, you will receive a marriage certificate. The first short copy is issued free of charge.
