The procedure for entering into marriage in Młodzieszyn begins with submitting a declaration of the absence of obstacles to marriage. The statutory waiting period is a minimum of 1 month from the date of submission of this document. During this period, the Civil Registry Office in Młodzieszyn conducts the necessary verification activities.

Each party must possess a valid identity document: a national ID card or passport. Polish citizens usually do not have to provide copies of birth certificates, as the Civil Registry Office obtains them automatically from the civil registry.
