A civil wedding in Komorniki begins with filing a declaration of no impediments to marriage. Both partners should personally report to the Civil Registry Office in Komorniki with the required documents. After filing the declaration, a statutory waiting period of at least one month begins.

A Polish citizen must provide a valid ID card or passport.
