The procedure for concluding a marriage at the Civil Status Office in Kodrąb begins with submitting a declaration of absence of obstacles to marriage. This document must be delivered personally at the office headquarters. After its submission, a statutory waiting period of at least 1 month applies, during which officials verify the absence of legal obstacles to concluding the union.

Each of the parties must present a valid identity document, which is a personal ID or passport.
