A civil marriage in Klucze begins with filing a declaration of no impediments to marriage at the Civil Registry Office. The couple should arrange an appointment in advance so that the office staff can plan the ceremony and prepare all necessary documents.

Each of the spouses must present a valid identity document, which is a national ID card or passport.
