Wedding slots in Jedlnia-Letnisko

Concluding a marriage in Jedlnia-Letnisko requires submitting a declaration of absence of obstacles to entering into marriage. After its acceptance by the office, a statutory waiting period of minimum one month applies. Only after this period has elapsed is it possible to organize the ceremony.

Polish citizens should bring a valid identity card or passport. The Civil Registry Office in Jedlnia-Letnisko obtains copies of birth certificates directly from the register, so usually there is no need to provide them. Foreigners must prepare for more formalities: identity document, copy of birth certificate, certificate of legal capacity to enter into marriage (or court order if obtaining it is impossible) and certified translations of foreign language documents.

Each couple must designate two adult witnesses of any nationality. The tax fee for drawing up the marriage certificate is 84 zł and is paid at the time of entering into marriage.

The ceremony may take place at the office headquarters or at a location outside the headquarters chosen by the couple. An outdoor wedding is associated with an additional fee of 1000 zł and the need to ensure safety and dignified conditions for the ceremony.

After concluding the marriage, the certificate is issued directly to the couples. The first short copy of the marriage certificate is free of charge.
