The procedure for entering into a civil marriage in Gielniów involves several key stages. First, the future couple must submit a declaration of no impediments to marriage at the Civil Registry Office in Gielniów. From this moment, a statutory waiting period of at least 1 month applies, during which the office verifies the absence of legal impediments.

During this period, required documents must be prepared. Polish citizens submit a valid identity card or passport.
