A civil wedding in Dębica begins with filing a declaration of no impediments to marriage. After this action, a statutory waiting period of at least one month applies. During this period, the Civil Registry Office in Dębica verifies all documents and prepares for the ceremony.

To get married, you must provide a valid identity document (ID card or passport). Polish citizens usually do not need to submit a copy of their birth certificate, as the Civil Registry Office obtains it directly from the civil registry. The procedure is therefore simplified and does not require gathering many documents.

A civil wedding in Dębica will take place at the headquarters of the Civil Registry Office.
