Wedding slots in Czudec

A civil ceremony in Czudec begins with filing a declaration of no impediment to marriage at the Civil Registry Office. After accepting the documents, a statutory waiting period begins, which is a minimum of one month. During this period, the Civil Registry Office verifies the submitted materials and prepares for the ceremony.

Polish citizens should bring a valid identity card or passport. The Civil Registry Office obtains birth certificate copies independently from the civil registry, so there is no need to provide them. Foreigners must additionally present an identity document, a birth certificate copy, a certificate of legal capacity to marry (or a court ruling if obtaining it is impossible), and certified translations of documents.

The court fee for drawing up a marriage certificate is 84 złoty. The ceremony must be observed by two adult witnesses, who can be citizens of any country.

The possibility of holding a ceremony outside the Office, in an outdoor setting, exists, but is associated with an additional fee of 1000 złoty. It also requires ensuring safety and dignified conditions for conducting the ceremony.

After a marriage is concluded in Czudec, the Civil Registry Office issues a marriage certificate. The first short copy of the document is free of charge.
