Wedding slots in Czastary

The procedure for entering into a civil wedding in Czastary begins with filing a declaration of no impediments to marriage. After submitting this document, a statutory waiting period of at least one month applies. During this period, the Civil Registry Office in Czastary verifies information and prepares for the ceremony.

Each party must possess a valid identity document. For Polish citizens, a national ID card or passport is sufficient. Certified copies of birth certificates are usually not required, as the Civil Registry Office in Czastary obtains them directly from the civil registry.

Foreigners entering into marriage in Czastary must provide:

• a valid identity document,
• a certified copy of a birth certificate,
• a certificate of legal capacity to enter into marriage (or a court order, if obtaining one is impossible),
