A civil marriage in Cieszanów begins with filing a declaration of no impediment to marriage. After this step, a statutory waiting period of at least one month begins. The engaged couple must remember that during this period they cannot enter into marriage - this is a mandatory period provided by law.

The following documents must be delivered to the Civil Registry Office in Cieszanów:
