Wedding slots in Chełmek

The procedure for entering into marriage at the Civil Status Office in Chełmek begins with filing a declaration of no impediments to marriage. This document forms the basis for reserving a ceremony date. From the moment of filing the declaration, a statutory waiting period of a minimum of 1 month applies.

Polish citizens should have a valid identity card or passport. Copies of birth certificates do not need to be provided, as the office obtains them directly from the civil registry. The procedure in Chełmek is simplified for Polish citizens, which shortens the preparation time.
