Wedding slots in Bukowno

To enter into marriage in Bukowno, the future spouses must first submit a declaration of no impediment to marriage at the Civil Registry Office. From the date of submission of this declaration, a statutory waiting period of at least 1 month applies. After this period expires, it is possible to set the date of the ceremony.

Each of the parties must possess a valid identity document - an ID card or passport. Polish citizens do not need to provide copies of birth certificates, as the Civil Registry Office in Bukowno obtains them directly from the registry. If one of the parties is a foreigner, additional documents are required: a copy of the birth certificate, a certificate of legal capacity to marry issued by the appropriate authorities of the country of origin (or a court order if obtaining such a certificate is impossible) and certified translations.

The ceremony requires the presence of two adult witnesses. They can be persons of any nationality, it is only important to meet the requirement of being of legal age.

The tax fee for drawing up a marriage certificate is 84 zł. The certificate is issued directly after the ceremony, and the first short copy is free of charge.

It is also possible to organize an outdoor wedding outside the seat of the Civil Registry Office in Bukowno. In this case, an additional fee of 1000 zł applies, and the parties are obliged to ensure safety and dignified conditions for conducting the ceremony.
